1 Acceptance of Terms & Consent

By accessing the 3bmw platform or using any of its services, you voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms. This consent, even when given electronically, is fully legally valid and binding.

These Terms must be read together with 3bmw's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Those documents are considered an inseparable part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To use 3bmw's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You are playing from your own account and not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and in a sound state of mind.
• You do not reside in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.

Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. Using parental control software on your device is recommended to ensure family safety.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

When creating an account on 3bmw, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

• Each person may operate only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• You must notify the 3bmw support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, 3bmw may request identity verification from a user at any time. The following documents may typically be required:

• A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Proof of current address (if required)

The withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Once the correct documents are submitted, the process will be completed as quickly as possible.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

3bmw currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• When making a deposit, ensure the correct amount and reference number are entered.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — the source of the deposit and the account holder must be the same person.
• Deposits generally take a few minutes to appear in your account balance. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless 3bmw approves otherwise.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.
• If fraud is suspected, 3bmw reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

3bmw offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and will expire if not used within the specified time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• 3bmw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 3bmw may cancel the bonus and review the account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

The outcome of all games displayed on the 3bmw platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the result of every game is completely unbiased and unpredictable.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 3bmw reserves the right to void that round and refund the funds.
• If an internet connection is lost, the last valid game result saved on the server will apply.
• In sports betting, if a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, 3bmw's decision is final.

3bmw does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or systems. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

3bmw places the highest importance on responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming is for entertainment — not as a means of income.

• Never place bets beyond your means.
• Avoid placing larger bets in an attempt to recover losses.
• You have the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your account.
• You may request temporary or permanent closure of your account at any time if needed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3bmw platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or rewards
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Collusion or match-fixing with other users
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's systems
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or selling an account
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Registering using a false identity

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Account Closure by 3bmw

3bmw may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If false or misleading information is provided
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected
• If it is necessary to temporarily suspend the account for the purpose of an investigation

9.2 Account Closure by the User

You may contact the 3bmw support team at any time to close your account. It is advisable to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 3bmw platform is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we strive to maintain the highest standards.

• 3bmw is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outage, or other external factors.
• 3bmw is not liable for errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss arising from gaming.
• 3bmw will endeavour to give advance notice before making any changes to the service due to legal or regulatory reasons.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

3bmw gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.
